Terence is motivated to support and participate in causes that are founded upon a desire to effect positive change and growth for individuals, communities, and institutions. He gains immense satisfaction from collaborating with motivated leadership, volunteers, and donors to exceed goals and forward missions.

Over his 18-year career in the non-profit sector, Terence has worked with a diverse group of faith-based, education and social service organizations. Terence is currently directing the $75 million We Stand With Christ capital campaign for the Diocese of Bridgeport which has raised $62 million to date . This assignment followed his work in raising $110 million during the first two blocks of the now over goal $200 million Renew + Rebuild Campaign for the Archdiocese of New York.

Originally from Dobbs Ferry, NY, Terence now resides in Fair Lawn, NJ with his wife, Alison and their 6-year-old son, Jack and 4-year-old daughter Sarah. He is a graduate of Fordham Preparatory School in the Bronx and the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.

Terence is a member of the Pastoral Council at the Church of Saint Anne in Fair Lawn, NJ.
