Elizabeth Zeigler

Graham Pelton
President and CEO
As the first woman to lead a global fundraising consulting firm in the multibillion-dollar nonprofit services industry, Elizabeth Zeigler has enabled Graham-Pelton to play a groundbreaking role in elevating the level and understanding of philanthropy worldwide. She is credited with turning the Great Recession into robust growth years for Graham-Pelton by creating new services and delivery methods while also expanding the company’s geographic footprint. In 2013, she spearheaded the launch of a European operating unit, which has quickly risen to the top ranks of the fundraising consulting industry throughout Europe. Most recently, Elizabeth tapped into the Catholic sector's unmet fundraising needs by helping to launch a third Graham-Pelton operating unit, GP Catholic Services.
Elizabeth is a rare strategic thinker and communicator with executive management skills second to none. An engaging speaker at industry conferences, Elizabeth has also become a leading voice globally on the emerging role of women in high-impact philanthropy, shows nonprofits potential that they might not otherwise see, and connects worthy recipients to well-intentioned donors.
An English and business graduate of Muhlenberg College, Elizabeth also holds a master’s degree in adult education and human resource development from Fordham University and completed the Leading Professional Service Firms Executive Education program at Harvard Business School. Elizabeth is a speaker at CASE-NAIS, CASE, National Coalition of Girls' Schools, Girls’ Schools Association, and the Women’s Philanthropy Institute, and has been published in Fast Company, The Wall Street Journal, and MarketWatch, among others.
