If you're trying to raise money, you need to think about how you're going to raise money from the individuals who are closely associated with your organization. Fund-raising is both an art and a science and also a relationship business. It is in regard to people that we must learn to CONTACT, CULTIVATE, and CLOSE in order to be suCCCessful.

1. How to take a chance encounter and make it a CONTACT.
2. How to CULTIVATE donors to become inspired by the opportunities their gift will provide.
3. To CLOSE means to present a prospect with the opportunity to give a gift.
