During this session members of the Catholic Relief Services’ Analytics and Mid-Level teams will guide you through how they created their Mid-Level program – from selecting the appropriate donors and creating a communication plan to developing metrics to measure the success of a mid-level program. The discussion is appropriate for organizations of all sizes and will focus on strategies and best practices for creating and sustaining a Mid-Level program.
